The Government of The C.G.A Is The Gms of each member guild,So Each gm of each member guild is a Leader in The C.G.A.There Are also Representatives and Trade Diplomats,So The Gms,representatives and Trade Diplomats Make up the Government of The G.C.A

G.C.A Constitution

G.C.A Rules

Section 1 - G.C.A

  1. Part 1 - G.C.A is a group of guilds which work independently of each other except for the following reasons:
 &nbsp1) Trade Routes (Section 2)
 &nbsp2) Wars (Section 3)
 &nbsp3) Diplomatic Interventions (Section 4)
  1. Part 2-There Can only be a max of 30 members in The G.C.A

  1. Part 3 - All members of G.C.A must place a link to the G.C.A web page in their guild profile. Example:
  Member of G.C.A:

Any other words may be added about G.C.A if the guild desires.

  1. Part 4 - ALL VITAL INFORMATION from any G.C.A member or from G.C.A in general must remain confidential at ALL times. Whatever is discussed or shared in G.C.A must stay within G.C.A
  1. Part 5 - All G.C.A guilds may create a seal for their guild so that it can be placed on the G.C.A web page. Guilds can use http://www.says-it.com/seal/ to create their seal. If they wish the Guild's image can be used as their seal.
  1. Part 6 - At any time a guild may ask that a term should be removed, changed, or added. When this happens all guilds in G.C.A will take a vote to decide if the requested action should be done.
  2. Part 7 - Each guild must declare one representative for them. This representative does not have to be the guild master, it can be anyone that belongs to that guild. The representative will speak for his/her guild. If the representative is not the guild master than any decision the representative makes can be changed by his/her guild master.
  3. Part 8 - At any time a guild can freely leave G.C. Aas long as any information they have obtained is not shared with guilds who do not belong to G.C.A

Section 2 - Trade Routes

  1. Part 1 - Each guild of G.C.A may freely trade with any other UNUS guild.
  2. Part 2 - Both guilds CANNOT provide base locations to any guild outside of G.C.A
  1. Part 3 - Each guild can also declare one member to be a G.C.A Trade Diplomat. The purpose of this diplomat is to communicate free trade routes between guilds.

Section 3 - WAR

  1. Part 1 - Internal G.C.A disputes.

No guild in G.C.A can declare war on another guild that belongs to G.C.A. If there is a dispute between any guilds in G.C.A then it MUST be settled diplomatically.

  1. Part 2 - External disputes.

All G.C.A guilds may handle any problems with other guilds that are not part of G.C.A in their own way. If they ask for help from G.C.A than all guilds in G.C.A must help unless the asking guild wishes otherwise.

  1. Part 3 - Starting Wars.

If one of the G.C.A guilds wants to declare or has already declared war on any other guild and asks for G.C.A's the members of G.C.A will take a vote to see if G.C.A should join the war or not. If the winning vote is that G.C.A will go to war than all guilds in G.C.A must fight. However a G.C.A guild does not have to join this war if they have a good reason (Section 3 Part 4 talks about any guild that does not want to join a war with the rest of G.C.A ). If the winning vote is that G.C.A will not go to wa than each guild within G.C.A will have the choice whether to go to war or not with the asking guild.

  1. Part 4 - Unable to help.

If a guild is unable to help there will be no repercussions on that guild, however if this continues to be a constant situation for one guild than that guild can be booted from G.C.A based on a vote in which all G.C.A guilds will take part. A guild that does not wish to join in a war must have a good reason. These reasons include but are not limited to recovering from a pervious war, many weak members who would need protection, or fleet size is too small. If the guild puts forth another reason besides the ones listed than the other guilds of G.C.A will take a vote to decide what they should do. A guild that does not participate in the actual fighting of the war as the option of scouting galaxies for the enemy's bases and/or fleets.

  1. Part 5 - Participating in a war.

When G.C.A decides to go to war all guilds must fight. However a guild does not have to fight based on the rules in Section 3 Part 4. If the majority of G.C.A feels that a guild is not doing enough to help G.C.A in the war than that guild can be booted from G.C.A based on the overall vote from the other guilds.

Section 4 - Diplomatic Interventions Any G.C.A guild may request another G.C.A guild to get involved in any diplomatic issues. Of course the guild is allowed to refuse this request. If the guild accepts this than they must do all they can to help out in the diplomatic situation.

Section 5 - Individual Guild Pacts Each G.C.A guild is allowed to have individual pacts with other guilds. Those pacts do not in any way affect G.C.A or its members.

Military

The Military of The G.C.A is very complex, each member guild has its own military command structure,Yet During War,The Guilds Military all act as one
