The First Incarnation

The first incarnation of Cell Block D [IIII] was formed on Saturday, November 17, 2007 in Galaxy D06.

The original members included founding member Hansel, Nicholas Angel, Big Bird, Dr. Evil, 5 Dimes, J-Bone, Dark Templar, and Tic Tac, among others. The guild originally aimed for personal liberty for its members. Pacts were avoided whenever possible and aggression was highly encouraged. [IIII] entered its first pact with FLEET as a result of a conflict with The Penguin Army. [IIII] was vastly outnumbered, and for the benefit of its members opted to merge with FLEET.

The Second Incarnation

While in FLEET, with the agreement of Nvek Kzin (at the time the GM of FLEET), Dr. Evil, Hansel, Nicholas Angel and Dark Templar relocated some of their bases to D49 along with other members of the original Cell Block D, and re-started Cell Block D as a training guild for FLEET. After some time, and with great help from new recruits in the D40's, it became apparent to both Nvek Kzin and Dr. Evil that the new [IIII] had grown beyond a training guild, and it was agreed that [IIII] would no longer be a training guild and would stand as an Ally to FLEET. the second incarnation of [IIII] continued to exist for over a year.

Dissolution

After a series of experiments attemping to shift the leadership structure of [IIII] from a dictatorship to a democracy, [IIII] eventually merged into [TAG] along with [SWARM] and [PCP].

A New Era

A stranger, unknown to most, but known to a select few, came to exist from aeemingly nowhere. The Silent Parnter didn't talk, he wouldn't listen, but the tag [IIII] appeared once more on the screens of Delta server. Beware of shank riots, once incarcerated, always a CELL BLOCK D.
