In The Beginning

The Lowers (H00-09)

The server started with, as in many servers, several top guilds all of a very different calibre. The lowers primarily contained stx and TFO, both occupying 00-02/03. TFO were quite simply a zerg guild and had something like 150+ members with terrible averages. stx, originally led by Vile, later by an informal council including Hayley, Lite-Reborn, Purge, Pulsar, Treason, among others, on the other hand were considerably smaller with much more skilled players. Naturally, stx won out [1] with very little conflict needed and took their place in the lowers.

HOLY took up 05 with little competition.

CMFs claimed 06 with the only competition being ECP-X and CoRE, both of which were smaller than CMFs.

07 was claimed by AAAA with CoRE and BoW providing some competition.

Malum took up 08 and 09. They were a fairly strong guild with good averages and strong players, but they kept to themselves for a long time, with little being known of them. WHY! and BoW were their competition in 08, while in 09 they had BASES and STEEL to deal with.

WHY! made 08 and 09 their home, but suffered when stx cleared out the lowers. They are believed to have either relocated or merged with BASES.

The Teens (H10-19)

Next: the teens... well, easy to do their history in all honesty. They are a pre-arranged powerblock of 3 guilds: H-IV [2] [3] occupying 10-11/12 and originally led by Eyezer, then Loki and now Ikata [4], 187 occupying 12-13, led by Tupac Shakur aka True Justice, and finally 5150 occupying 14-15 and later 16, led by SiN though he left for a short time [5] and was temporarily replaced by Dr. LoLling. H-IV and 187 originally had some problems with locking down their galaxies as a result of a guild called A|A. However, while backup was being arranged as well as a full scale invasion by 187/5150, H-IV began to take control in 10-12 while 187 dominated H13 [6], with very little need for help. 5150 also had a small amount of trouble in H15 with TBC who put up a small resistance but were managed easily enough.

Also in the teens, but not a part of the teens block, was RAMBO, who occupied 18-19. War was imminent and so RAMBO attempted to gain the upper hand by invading H15 [7] [8] before H-IV and 187 could come to the aid of 5150. Unfortunately, as a result of 5150 allowing RAMBO to land instead of contesting the landing as RAMBO had originally hoped, RAMBO stuttered and enough time was given for some reinforcements to arrive and RAMBO was crashed [9]. Then 187 [10] plus some H-IV and 5150 headed into H18 where they won another battle [11]. After some farming, RAMBO eventually relocated to the 40s, with some of their better members joining the teen block.

The Twenties (H20-29)

Next the 20s. First there's MD, who occupy 20-23. A lot of members but not bad averages either, they know what they're doing. They started off at ~80 members but very quickly swelled to ~120. Didn't have a great deal of trouble locking down their galaxies from what I've heard, [-)X(-] Derb Hunters contested 21 and 22, while [BACON] contested 23, but the better players of both guilds ended up merging into MD. MD did split into MD and PPG (now known as DREAD) but the two guilds keep good relations. MD are led by Bombay while DREAD are led by Lu Bu.

RD began in 24 and pacted the local power ~DD~, who claimed 24, 25 and 26, to ensure quick growth. RD have constantly had strong averages but until recently haven't had the members to be a lead guild. This is changing and they've now become one of the top guilds.

~DD~ had small trouble with UFP in H25 at the beginning of the server but eventually UFP decided it was best to relocate to H48 and DD were able to grow without issue.

MD, RD and DD all now form the 20s block (otherwise known as D/D/DD), with a solid alliance and while there are rumours about tensions between RD and DD, these are not confirmed.

In the upper 20s we have/had VIVA. Not a part of the 20s block, they have been invaded by all 3 big 20s guilds and come out worse for wear [12], despite their strong reputation. They have now essentially disbanded with the majority of members merging into DREAD and MD [13].

BoW has become something of a training guild for the 20s block and are located in 27-29.

The Thirties (H30-39)

In the 30s there are 3 guilds to talk about: ~NI~, SPORK, and CARE (previously called Pub-E). Pub-E and SPORK were originally pacted with Pub-E, having ~NI~ as a NAP, and many assumed that they would form a 30s block. However, relationships broke down and SPORK together with ~NI~ invaded Pub-E.

The Forties (H40-49)

The H40s was an early relocation destination for guilds that had failed to achieve their goals in the lower galaxies. The main relocating guilds were STEEL (H40), WHY! (H42), FALL (H44), U.F.P (H48) and RAMBO (H49). Along with these relocating guilds, there were several significant native guilds in the area, including =I= (H41), WOLF (H45-46), )X( (H47), and GOON (H48-49). All of these guilds would fight for their right to survive, but not all would make it.

In the lower H40s, STEEL slowly, but surely, came to establish H40 as their stronghold. This was primarily because of their friendship with =I=, a once-powerful guild that rose to the top 10. WHY! was constantly at war with =I=, but due to the fact that =I= didn't regard WHY! as a major threat, they also were able to establish a stronghold. Finally, FALL, in part to their NAP with =I=, were able to establish a stronghold in F44. This shattered =I='s plans to establish H40-44 as their stronghold and it eventually led to their repeated defeats. In the upper H40s, WOLF secured their stronghold with minimal effort and soon rose to the top 20. [)X(] Derb Hunters were a recreation of the only )X( that had merged into MD in the H20s. They were able to secure H47 as their stronghold. U.F.P had an initial fleet advantage in H48 over GOON and RAMBO, but both of their opponents had larger memberships. In the early days, they were able to achieve dominance in H48, which only became contested after the Battle of Pearl Harbor, a successful GOON crash on U.F.P's blob. RAMBO also achieved dominance, but not stronghold status, in H49 due to their superior fleets. However, they suffered from complacent leadership who underestimated GOON and U.F.P. Unlike the rest of the H40s, H48-49 took longer to settle.

About a month or so after the H40s opened to the rest of the server, )X( merged into RAMBO. This was the result of their alliance with RAMBO and failed negotiations for a merger with U.F.P. As a result, RAMBO came to be the dominant guild in H47-49, which forced U.F.P and GOON into an anti-RAMBO alliance. Due to the general failure of RAMBO's leadership, U.F.P and GOON were able to easily farm RAMBO, especially in H48. Their first major blow came when GOON and Pub-E crashed RAMBO's blob in H49. This was easily preventable, but RAMBO refused to withdraw and refused to deploy any fleet from H49, signaling major leadership issues in the guild. After this, RAMBO began weakening and losing players, primarily to WOLF their ally. Soon, RAMBO changed its name to DZR and continued the war against U.F.P and GOON. Ultimately, DZR was mostly driven out of H48-49 leaving H47 as their only remaining stronghold. However, this also came to an end when their ally, WOLF, backstabbed them and invaded H47. Most DZR players in H47 joined WOLF and the core players from the original RAMBO in H49 left to become LOST. H47 came under WOLF control. H48 was controlled by U.F.P and GOON. H49 was controlled by GOON.

The Fifties (H50-59)

The 50s...

Here is an account which has yet to be 100% confirmed, but it's the best available currently:

  • Some DDD players deleted accounts from the 20s to restart in the 50s to take H50-52 the day they opened.
  • H51 started w/ 3 guilds: DDD, AoS, and HnH. HnH and AoS merged and fought DDD. With SPORK and NI's help (and a few members of stx/5150/H-IV, DDD was pushed out of H51 for the most part (they still have bases in H51, but no fighting).
  • H50 is now DDD, H51 is NECRO. NECRO is HnH after a name change.
  • SMITE started in H52-54 to attempt to be an elite guild. Their H54 members (most if not all I believe) broke off to start CH.
  • SMITE merged with =DE= to start 3D, which is now called WRATH.
  • WRATH currently controls H52-53 (maybe something else, but not sure)
  • I've heard mixed things about H54 and I don't know where it stands right now. CH was based there, but they merged into NECRO. GE moved there from the 30s I believe (if not the 30s, somewhere in the mid-lowers), and I had heard they had the strongest presence in 54. But I think I heard they lost a lot of influence recently.

Sixties (H60-H69)

When the sixties opened, various native guilds began to emerge. Several already established guilds also began to recruit heavily in the lower H60's like 7Sins and NECRO. 7Sins in particularly recruited heavily within H60, were one of the 2 most recognizable native guilds would set up their stronghold. BAKED, later to be known as FABIO or FAP, fought a war against 7Sins, which they ultimately won and managed to lock-down the galaxy. FAP went on to conquer H60-H66. In the upper H60's AFK (formerly The Dude Abides), began to lock-down H68-69, while recruiting from H66-69. No major opposition was formed against AFK which meant they had an easy consolidation of the upper galaxies.

FAP would have it's first real challenge when the guild family of SWORG came knocking at their door in H66. Sword of the Lord, along with it's training guild The Disciples, along with an initial recruitment effort made by BORG, invaded H66 and began colonize the galaxy. At first FAP met little resistance from the native recruited by the guilds, but little by little the bigger fleets from SotL began to arrive and soon the FAP locals were forced to merge into SotL and Disciples (To read more about the war between SotL and FAP read the SotL Wiki article). AFK and SotL then fought a short war but soon signed a MDP and in doing so the upper H60's became secured.

The Lower H60's had seen a wave of invasions, primarily of NECRO in H65. More native guilds have begun to challenge the power and stability of FAP, which has suffered due to inactivity from it's leadership and from defectors that have gone and joined other guilds due to FAP's inactive leadership.

The Early Days

The Dominion of stx

stx invaded HOLY [14] and won [15]. stx invaded all of the lowers and well... won. They dealt with JUDGE, TFO, HOLY, CMFs [16] [17], LAG, -Re- [18] [19], and BASES, the majority of which disbanded, relocated or merged, with the exception of CMFs and LAG who merged to form EPIC [20], a guild still putting up some resistance against stx [21]. But stx essentially have free reign over 00-09.

CMFs avoided early politics, focussing on taking out the competition [22] in their home galaxies. As a result, they fell into simming. AAAA also focussed on cleaning out house. Malum were heavily resisted by WHY! in 08 who refused to give up fighting, and BASES in 09 who slowly gained the upper hand in that galaxy. WHY! were ignored for the most part and Malum focussed on locking down 09, eventually looking like defeating BASES. Malum moved into 07 to expand. BoW and many of AAAA merged to form Hwy79 (later LAG), with the remainder of AAAA restarting in H39 to form part of Pub-E. Upon landing in 07, Malum took heavy losses and had no jump gate. In their abscence, BASES and STEEL were able to once again gain the upper hand in 09. Once a jump gate was obtained, Malum headed to 08 and then to 09, but were baited into returning to 07 before landing in 09. As a result of these mistakes, many active members of Malum left to form -Re- [23] who allied with Hwy79. The two quickly gained an upper hand over Malum (now renamed SAD). With some use of dirty tactics, -Re- were able to win two major blob crashes in 08, while Hwy79 blew up inactives in 07. The remnants of SAD merged into -Re-, BASES or HOLY.

WHY! still exist in 08, building fleet and then sending it to aid their efforts in the 40s.

The Initial Teens Advances

The teen block [24] have made a few launches to the 20s, usually under the name of MMPR, but these have all recalled. They have also made launches to 08 and 09 [25] but again, these launches were forced to recall.

The 20s and stx have allied to counter the teen block and have invaded a number of times, crashing a 187 blob [26] [27] on the H19 WH one of these times. This was a major defeat for 187.

This was the First Great Teens War, or the first phase of Server War 1.

The Decline of the Teens

As a result of the H19 WH battle, 187 split into 2 or 3 guilds or something but they like each other or not... (honestly, I don't WANT to ask TJ wtf happened there, it was pretty messy).

The Development of the Twenties

~DD~ split into two guilds [28], ~DD~ and LOGIC, to increase activity and strength in ops. Some pacts have been dropped, but the guilds hold ex-guild members, so chances are that good relationships will be sustained.

Early in the Forties

The 40s are still organizing themselves. GOON (who recently merged with CARE) have the uppers 40s, WOLF have presence throughout the 40s, STEEL are in H40, =I= who are allied to STEEL have influence in 40 and 41, WHY! have bases in 42, Circa have bases in H43 though it is dominated by =I=, BoH are in 44, as are FALL and SPORK have a presence in H42 as a result of a merge with DoA.

Evidently there is a lot more conflict and diplomacy to be done in the 40s.

Need to add: FALL v. =I= (1) Breakaway of BoH!

Moving towards the Endgame

A Death in the Twenties

Due to diplomatic failures, DREAD, MD, RD, and LOGIC all dropped their pacts with ~DD~. Initially, they maintained a LAP [29], but eventually the pact was dropped all together. As a result, ~DD~ was heavily farmed. Due to their smaller fleets, lower activity, and non-existent defenses, ~DD~ could not withstand the attacks on all sides. They quickly began to drop in ranks and ultimately collapsed with their members scattering among various guilds.

Second Great Teens War

stx, now called RUIN, spent a lot of time in H19 and 18, while 5150 was blobbed in 15 and H-IV/187 were lower in the cluster. 5150 then attempted to launch out to the 30s, but DREAD took their LZ and forced a recall, and RUIN launched to 15 to catch the recalling 5150 fleets. But H-IV and 187 rushed to secure 5150's recall point, and RUIN was forced to abandon the recall trap. 5150 then retreated to H13 and blobbed with 187, so RUIN launched to farm H15 and then 14. However, SiN then signed a CF [30] with RUIN, leaving 187 and H-IV to themselves. 5150 dropped their alliance with 187, while maintaining a blood pact with H-IV [31].

187 then suffered some internal issues starting when Rafen who was in 5150 at the time suicided on TJ. TJ then ordered all mobiles on the H13 blob that had the 5150 tag to be blown up, despite several members of 5150 being in 187 at the time. This caused some fuss and one member was kicked and had his fleet blown up. He then joined RUIN.

After this, RUIN launched to H13, but 187 and H-IV escaped to H10. RUIN followed them, but 187 and H-IV have launched un-coordinatedly into H08 [32] under the tag DFWU, where they face little contest as a result of the majority of RUIN's fleet being in the teens.

RUIN, composed primarily of RUIN and LOGIC with 2-3 members from MD and DREAD, rushed down to 08 and crashed the H-IV/187 (then called DFWU) [33]. RUIN lost: 67,866,785, DFWU lost: 94,386,515 with 79,016,613 debris being made.

This was known as the Second Great Teens War, or the last phase of Server War 1.

Shifts in the Fourties

After constant warfare with WHY!, FALL, and WOLF, =I= was driven back across the lower H40s. After the first FALL v. =I= war, they lost dominance in H44. Due to continuing warfare and desertions, they also lost control of H43, which became disputed between WHY!, FALL, and WOLF. Finally, they were driven back to their primary strongholds of H40-41. However, STEEL collapsed during this time due to internal issues with many of their better players being absorbed by =I=. Nonetheless, they lost a vital partner which weakened them overall. After a final WHY! invasion of H41, =I= leadership in H41 left for WHY! along with many of their better players there. This resulted in the loss of H41, which is currently disputed between =I=/=L= and WHY!. During this time, =L= also broke off from =I= to be their elite guild as the last chance to reclaim =I='s lost glory. The opening of the wormhole in H42 dramatically shifted cluster politics. Several guilds from the lower galaxies, including LOGIC, MD, and DREAD, came to the H40s to farm. These new external factors forced the local guilds to conform to a new set of rules. After initial farming runs by LOGIC and MD, DREAD came in force to crush the H40s. Their first victim was FALL, who was quickly defeated and their leadership quit to focus on Ixion now that Helion was lost. FALL then merged into WHY!, who was an ally of DREAD, which gave them control of H43-44. Next, DREAD farmed WOLF, which didn't result in their collapse, but some of their leadership did quit to focus on Ixion. They were planning to push further, but then SW2 started. Also, in the upper H40s, U.F.P and GOON ended their partnership due to irreconcilable differences. As a result, they started farming each other, but the attacks on all sides are minimal and infrequent. U.F.P also sided with DREAD around this time.

A Rising Power in the Fifties

A faction of ACAB broke off and started Rx. This more or less split ACAB's fleet evenly in 1/2. Rx merged into NECRO and it would appear that H52-53 are now NECRO strongholds, giving them control over H51-54. What was left of ACAB eventually collapsed with much of it being absorbed by NECRO.

War in the Fifties

NECRO went on a farming raid into WOLF territory in the 50s that was mildly successful. WOLF decided to come and attack NECRO in their stronghold, but had 4 failed launch attempts into 51, one of which ended up in 2 mil of WOLF fleet being derbed. DDD heard rumors of NECRO enabling SPORK to go on a raid against them, so they dropped their NAP with NECRO and teamed up in the failed attempt against NECRO. In the end, WOLF admitted their failure on the forums and RD derbed their remaining fleet in 50.

Death in the Fifties

~DDD~ collapsed.

End of An Era: Server War 2

In recent months, tensions between the members of the ludicrousbloc, primarily RUIN and DREAD, were rising. It was rumored that DREAD was planning to attack RUIN, after their current 40s op was complete. These tensions rose to a fever pitch when 5150 merged into DREAD [34], an action that also caused growing tension within the 20s alliance.

RUIN decided to launch a preemptive strike to disable DREAD before they were able to fight. In a brilliant strategic move, RUIN broke relations with DREAD [35] and launched an invasion of H40. At the same time, they secured the wormhole network, which successfully cut DREAD's forces. Most of their fleet was trapped in the H40s, while their reinforcements and resupply was in the lower H20s and upper H10s.

Also during this time, tension within the 20s Alliance almost shattered it. DREAD's absorption of 5150 infuriated MD and LOGIC, who were about to derb 5150 in the H50s. The merger was seen by them as selfish and inconsiderate. Within DREAD, talk of dropping MD and/or LOGIC and derbing them also increased. Due to spies, this talk was known by MD and LOGIC who became increasingly weary of their continued alliance with DREAD. MD, ultimately, chose to sever their relations with DREAD. On July 1, 2010, MD officially merged into RUIN [36]. This resulted in many e-tears and conflict in the 20s Alliance. LOGIC and RD looked at this from the outside, unable to do anything, and the general animosity within the alliance increased.

A New Age

With the end of Server War 2, the total fleet count of the server experienced a dramatic dropped, however, due to their victory, the 20s Block was now the de facto rulers of the server. RUIN/LOVE was forced to reside in their stronghold and slowly rebuild until they could once again compete. At the same time, DREAD decreased their involvement with the affairs of other clusters, while RD launched only short-term profit raids and LOGIC focused on the H60s. This relative withdrawal of the H20s guilds from server affairs enabled other guilds to rise without the interference of the powerful 20s guilds for the first time.

The Lowers (H00-09)

After their loss in Server War 2, RUIN, renamed LOVE, was forced to remain in their cluster and rebuild. Unlike other guilds involved in the war, LOVE rebuilt rapidly and quickly regained their previous strength, except now they possessed more drive. Silent for months, a series of rapid, nearly undetected offensives made by LOVE would shake the server and turn the tides for the next great war.

The Teens (H10-19)

After the collapse of the Teens Alliance, the Teens guilds went into a decline. 187 was absorbed into H-IV and 5150 split from the block and became a close ally of DREAD. However, 5150's decline followed DREAD's decline, due to their close relations and repeated mergers. At the same time, H-IV rose rapidly thanks to their relative freedom to farm the H10s during the server war, absence of major DREAD/5150 counteroffensives, and alliance with RUIN/LOVE. This led to the reemergence of H-IV as a major power as they became the dominant force in the H10s.

The Twenties (H20-29)

Due to their victory in Server War 2, the H20s was now the predominant cluster on the server. The H20s guilds, especially RD, experienced a massive period of growth. However, internal guild problems would drive the alliance apart and destroy many of the supposed "victors" of the War.

Fall of LOGIC

For the months leading up to their demise, LOGIC was experience a myriad of internal, and external, problems. During SW2, they went through three GMs, switched sides twice, and were almost derbed several times as a result of dangerous powerplays made by their leadership in response to RUIN's invasion. Following the end of the war, LOGIC became involved in a series of wars in the H60s as an attempt to secure a second powerbase away from the H20s, where its allies, specifically DREAD, at various times contemplated canceling their pact and farming LOGIC. First, they became the patrons of a native H60s guild known as FAP. FAP was clearly the dominant, and really only, power in the H60s and quickly expanded to control H60-65. However, FAP's leadership soon left Helion to play on Ixion, which left the guild lost and abandoned. As a result, FAP began to unravel, which enabled guilds in the upper H60s, SWORG and AFK, to expand and secure H66-69. Soon, FAP began to break up and several small guilds, such as HGG and others, were able to upset some of FAP's control. As a result, LOGIC's leadership, namely R3D3, took direct control of FAP and reestablished the guild as 2LGC, the subguild of LOGIC.

Believing that the H60s were the gateway to their future survival and profit, LOGIC/2LGC began a large-scale campaign to eliminate SWORG/AFK and rule the 60s alone. Their goal was to establish a LOVEesque stronghold for themselves, which would give them a solid powerbase from which to confront other guilds. In the early days of the war, neither side achieved anything decisive. Much of LOGIC's fleet was still in the H20s assisting DREAD and RD with their standoff with RUIN. Also during this time, a combined 7Sins/NECRO/U.F.P force invaded and farmed H60, and withdrew within a week. However, once SW2 was over, they began to more aggressively fight SWORG/AFK. There were some distractions, such as the failed invasion of the lower H50s, but soon an all-out offensive was launched against SWORG/AFK. Ultimately, LOGIC/2LGC assembled over 200 million fleet to combat them. However, SWORG/AFK were allies with LOVE and were not afraid to call them to assist.

As a result of LOVE's intervention, LOGIC/2LGC lost over 100 million fleet and detected LOVE's blob, which included leviathans, less than an hour before it landed despite warnings from other guilds. Due to the sheer incompetence and inactivity shown by LOGIC's leadership, DREAD and RD decided to immediately cancel their pact with LOGIC and, RD especially, began intensively farming them. With over 100 million in lost fleet, millions more recall trapped by RD, and no allies, LOGIC quickly crumbled. Many of their better players fled to RD, with a few others to DREAD and BoW. The guild dropped from top 10 to top 25 in the rankings and the remnants continually farmed by RD. As a result, RD became the dominant guild in the mid H20s.

Following LOGIC's collapse, 2LGC, renamed W*G, was left with massive losses, no allies, and millions of LOVE, SWORG, and AFK fleets bearing down on them. After several weeks of farming, W*G merged into 7Sins, which gained control of the lower H60s. As a result, The H60s War ended and 7Sins, SWORG, AFK established an alliance.

Fall of DREAD

After crashing LOGIC, LOVE aimed for their next enemy, DREAD. LOVE had reorganized and increased their activity to enable them to launch stealthy operations with minimal detection time. LOGIC only had 20 minutes warning before they were crashed. As a result, the lost 100 million fleet. Several weeks later, LOVE launched into H20 with the purpose of crashing DREAD's 200 million blob in the galaxy. With zero detection time, LOVE destroyed DREAD's blob for positive ratios and utter surprise. DREAD, even their leadership, had no knowledge of the coming attack until the first fleets were hit. As a result, much of DREAD's leadership simply came to the conclusion that they needed to abandon much of their guild to start anew. As a result, a new guild, [IC] Infernal Crusade, was formed. Just as DREAD was birthed from MD, IC was birthed from DREAD, and DREAD, like MD, experienced a rapid decline. Most of DREAD's members either quit, joined IC, or joined a scattering of other guilds. Now, IC has embarked on a quest to earn back their elite status and reestablish themselves as a force on the server. Also, as a result of DREAD's demise, RD is now the undisputed leader of the H20s Powerblock.

IC: A Second Rebirth

The Thirties (H30-39)

Although one of the youngest clusters on the server, the H30s are now just catching up to much of the server developmentally. Due to intensive farming by DREAD early in the history of the H30s, much of the cluster has been hollowed out and many of its top players have quit. As a result, only hearty, strong-willed guilds remain and they have grown significantly slower than the rest of the server. However, they are finally beginning to catch up with DAWN and SPORK having entered the top 10 and are poised to player a significant role in future events.

Rise of the Unexpected

~DAC~, DAWN, and SOOS

Resurrection of SPORK

After months of being farmed by DREAD, SPORK's leadership decided to merge into RUIN sometime before SW2. After SW2 ended with RUIN's defeat, SPORK's leadership decided the time was ripe to resurrect SPORK due to the power vacuum that currently existed in the H30s due to a lack of strong guilds (as they were all wiped out by DREAD). As a result, SPORK reestablished their independence, with the support of RD and DREAD, and regained all their former members who resided in RUIN/LOVE.

Absorption of SOOS

On (date), an agreement was made between SPORK and SOOS for SOOS to merge into SPORK. Since SPORK was the better guild, it was chosen as the guild to merge into and only SOOS players who made the cut were allowed in. SOOS had been searching for sometime to find a guild to merge into because their new strength was dependent solely on their numbers. With the merging into a stronger guild, their status would be assured.

Collapse of ~DAC~

Due to SPORK's long feud with DAC which had existed since before the DREAD invasions, SPORK invaded DAC with the purpose of ending the guild's existence. They moved into H33, DAC's stronghold, and quickly began attacking their fleets in the area. Their first targets were the fleets and bases of DAC's GM, which were all taken or destroyed. As a result, nerdrage ensued and DAC's GM disbanded the guild after only 3 days of SPORK occupation. The members of DAC, now without a guild, scattered and were largely absorbed by DAWN and SPORK.

Betrayal of DAWN

During the same time as SPORK's invasion of DAC, DREAD was planning to go farm DAC, as they had been recently deprived of profit from a lack of targets. By the time DAC ceased to exist, DREAD's fleets were already in the 30s. Unwilling to return home with no profit, DREAD turned on their former ally/JG-provider, DAWN, and began to farm their galaxies. The shock of the attack lowered DAWN's moral and resulted in the destruction of many DAWN fleets. However, the overall effects were minimally and DAWN quickly recovered to enter the top 10.

WHY!/U.F.P vs. WOLF/GOON

WOLF's Capitulation & GOON's Defeat

After months of endless warfare, the leadership of WOLF decided to end the fighting to get a chance to rebuild their guild. They publicly announced a ceasefire with DREAD and WHY! in exchange for breaking all relations with H-IV and LOVE and end any assistance given to GOON against WHY! or DREAD. While this ceasefire was accepted by WHY! and DREAD, it caused irreparable damage to their relations with GOON and made them a future target for LOVE.

Seeking to finally assure their dominance over the cluster, a joint WHY!-U.F.P offensive was launched against GOON to finally destroy their blob. First, a landing was made in H47 chasing the GOON blob, during which only 22 million fleet was caught and most of the GOON blob fled to H48. After taking time to regather and reorganize their forces, WHY!/U.F.P launched a second assault on the main GOON blob in H48. The delay was largely the result of indecisiveness in WHY!'s leadership who desired to retreat, but the general membership would only accept an assault on their blob. The assault itself was messy. An estimated 80 million GOON fleet was destroyed, but major losses were inflicted on the WHY!-U.F.P force due to several active, courageous GOONs who made the overall assault result in a minor loss for WHY!-U.F.P. Nonetheless, the main GOON blob was destroyed and WHY!/U.F.P achieved, for the first time, dominance throughout the cluster. However, with the relocation of the wormhole to H47, this dominance was short-lived.

LOVE in the H40s

In a new series of offensives made by LOVE, an invasion of the H40s was launched via the wormhole. Millions of LOVE fleet slowly entered H47 and advanced up the cluster, first farming WOLF.

SWORG/AFK vs. LOGIC/2LGC

A LOVEly Intervention

Per the request of their allies, SWORG and AFK, LOVE deployed a 200 million strong force to destroy the LOGIC/2LGC blob.

Peace

After the collapse of LOGIC, their subguild, 2LGC, renamed themselves to W*G and attempted to go it alone. However, they soon realized that the combined forces of SWORG and AFK, not to mention LOVE, were too great for them to handle. As a result, their leadership brokered a merger deal with 7Sins, a guild many W*G members were once a part of. Though SWORG and AFK were somewhat upset that they could not absorb them, they accepted the merger and signed an alliance between the three guilds several weeks later.

On October 27, 2010, AFK and SWORG announced their official merging into the guild [«««Ø] SWORG & AFK. [37]. As a result, the entirety of the upper H60s now fall under the control of a single guild and with the access of SWORG and the skill of AFK, they prove to emerge as a powerful player in server politics. In addition, the new guild remains allied with LOVE, at least for the moment.
